室温湿固化端异氰酸酯-聚丙烯酸酯的合成及应用

摘    要:用本体加成-聚合工艺,合成了一种新型单组分、无溶剂、室温湿固化端异氰酸酯-聚丙烯酸酯共聚物。考察了合成工艺、NCO/OH摩尔比、异氰酸酯种类、丙烯酸酯单体对其粘接性能及丙烯酸酯转化率的影响,用红外光谱对生成物的结构进行了表征。实验表明,M D I/PM D I质量比为1/2,NCO/OH摩尔比为15/1,丙烯酸酯单体采用半连续加料法,过氧化环己酮/N,N-二甲基苯胺复合引发,丙烯酸酯单体转化率可达到100%。用于橡木/聚丙烯(PP)粘接,PP破坏,剥离强度可达到15.4 N/cm。

Abstract:Polyacrylate copolymer terminated isocyanate were synthesized by process of addition and polymerization of bulk,which are the novel one component,solvent free,moisture-activated curable at room temperature.The effects of synthetic process,NCO/OH molar ratio,isocyanate types,acrylate monomers and polymeric initiators on the adhesive properties and the conversation content of monomers were studied.The results showed that the conversion of 100% monomers can be achieved with MDI/PMDI mass ratio of 2,NCO/OH molar ratio of 15,cyclohexanone peroxide/N,N-dimethylaniline as initiator and by semi-continuous adding acrylate monomers,peel strength of(15.4) N/cm were achieved as used for adhesive of oak veneer-polypropylene.The chemical reaction was verified by FT-IR.
