直流接地极对地下金属设施的电腐蚀影响

摘    要:根据直流接地极额定工作电流大、等效运行时间短等特点,针对直流接地极对地下金属设施的电腐蚀量(电腐蚀深度)进行了计算,通过比较电腐蚀量与自然腐蚀量而不是简单地按管地电位或电流密度进行判断,得知直流接地极对集中埋设金属设施不会产生明显的电腐蚀影响。对于具有一定长度的地下金属设施,由于相关参数差异性较大,需根据实际情况进行计算。

Abstract:According to the features of DC grounding electrode such as high rated operating current and short equivalent operating duration, the electro-corrosion degree, namely the depth of electro-corrosion, of underground metallic facilities caused by DC grounding electrode is calculated. Through the judgment of comparing electro-corrosion degree with natural corrosion degree but not simply judging by ground potential of pipeline or by current density, it is known that the DC grounding electrode will not bring about evident electro-corrosion impact on concentratedly buried metallic facilities. As to the underground metallic facilities with certain lengths, the electro-corrosion impacts on them should be calculated according to actual situation.
