新型吸送式气力输送原理与实验

摘    要:为了提高气力输送重要技术指标之一的固气混合比 ,近年来洛阳工学院研制了新型吸送式气力输送实验装置。在该实验装置的供料器内 ,经喷嘴引入压缩空气 ,提高了供料器内的真空度 ,使物料能更加充足、均匀地进入供料器。着重从理论上论述了压缩空气喷嘴的流动参数计算方法和喷嘴射流抽引现象产生机理 ,分析了新型吸送式气力输送的原理与可行性 ,并对其进行了实验。实验结果证明 ,不但新型吸送式气力输送原理正确 ,而且比传统的吸送式气力输送固气混合比大幅度提高

Abstract:In order to increase the mixing ratio of solid and gas,which is an important technical index for pneumatic conveying,the pilot plant of a new type sucking pneumatic conveying has been developed by Luoyang engineering collage.In the feeding device of the pilot plant of a new type sucking pneumatic conveying,compressed air is injected through the nozzle,to increase the degree of vacuum of the feeding device,by which the materials can be amply and evenly fed to the feeding device.The calculation for compressed air fluxion parameters of the nozzle has been discussed from the theoretical point,as well as the principle of sucking phenomena produced by the nozzle.The principle and feasibility of the new type sucking pneumatic conveying have been discussed,and experimented and the result shows that the principle is correct and the plant has good conveying effect compared to the traditional pneumatic conveying,and the mixing ratio has largely increased.
