聚己内酯型聚氨酯弹性体的合成与性能研究

摘    要:采用聚己内酯多元醇CP-20、异氰酸酯和扩链剂等为主要原料,通过预聚物法合成聚氨酯弹性体。研究了预聚物中ω(-NCO%)含量、异氰酸酯种类、扩链剂种类及扩链系数等对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,CP-20/TDI-100/MOCA体系和CP-20/MDI-100/BDO体系的聚氨酯弹性体具有优良的物理机械性能。

Abstract:The polyurethane elastomer was prepared by the method of prepolymer based on polycaprolactone(Mn=1000,Mn=2000),diisocyanate and chain extender.The effect of different free ω(-NCO%),diisocyanate,chain extender and extender chain coefficient on the properties of polyurethane elastomer was studied.The results showed that polyurethane elastomer had better mechanical properties base on CP-20/TDI-100/MOCA and CP-20/MDI-100/BDO system.
