橡胶减震器金属件与橡胶直接硫化粘合的研究

摘    要:研究了硫化体系和粘合体系对金属-橡胶粘合性能的影响.结果表明,新型的粘合体系可使橡胶的硫化和粘合两过程协同进行,并在橡胶与金属界面间形成强韧性的树脂网络结构,从而获得良好的粘合效果.

Abstract:The effect of curing system and adhesive system on adhesive properties between metal and rubber of damper was investigated.The results showed that the new type adhesive system made the vulcanization and adhesion of rubber to progress cooperatively,forming strongly tenacious resin network structure in the interface between metal and rubber,and had excellent bonding effect.
