古马隆树脂对HNBR性能的影响

摘    要:采用古马隆树脂为填充剂制备了氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)复合材料,研究了古马隆用量对HNBR复合材料硫化特性、物理性能、动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,古马隆树脂具有交联、补强和增塑三重作用。随着古马隆用量的增加,混炼胶的门尼粘度逐渐提高,硫化胶的拉断伸长率明显提高。玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和储能模量(E′)提高。当古马隆用量为5份时,损耗因子(tanδ)最小,拉伸强度和100%定伸应力最大。当古马隆用量为7.5份时,撕裂强度为79.1kN/m。

Abstract:The composites of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)/coumarone were prepared by using different contents of coumarone as filler,and the effect of coumarone on vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties and dynamic properties of HNBR were investigated.The results showed that plastification,crosslinking and reinforcement were mainly effects of coumarone on HNBR.With coumarone contents increased,elongation at break and mooney viscosity were increased.Glass-transition temperature and storage modulus of composites filled coumarone were increased.The vulcanizate had the biggest tensile strength and stress at 100%,the lowest loss factor(tanδ) when coumarone contents of compsites was 5phr.The tearing strength was 79.1 kN/m when coumarone contents was 7.5phr.
