摘    要:功率开关管(简称MOSFET)是开关电源的核心器件,这里讲的MOSFET可以是分立的,也可以集成在LED驱动芯片之中首先阐述分立式MOSFET散热器的设计方法、注意事项及设计实例;然后介绍通过计算平均功耗来完成单片LED驱动电源散热器设计的方法,并给出设计实例

Abstract:Power switch(MOSFET) is the core device of switching power supply,mentioned here can be discrete MOSFET,also can be integrated inner the LED driver chip.The design of discrete MOSFET heat sink approach,considerations and examples is expounded first;then introduced by calculating the average power consumption to finish single-chip LED driver power supply heat sink design methods, and given design examples.
