发电机内部流体流动与定子热性能数值分析

摘    要:大型发电机内部流体流动状态决定了电机内温度分布以及温度极值。在建立大型发电机定子径向通风沟内流体流动二维计算模型以及电机内温度场计算模型的基础上,分别采用有限体积元法和有限元法对电机内的流体场以及温度场进行计算,并对流体流动与定子热性能进行数值分析,指出不同流体流动状态下定子温度的分布特性。

Abstract:The fluid flow state determines temperature distribution and temperature extremum inside large generator.In this paper,the fluid field and temperature field inside large generator are calculated by finite-volume method and finite-element method respectively based on establishment of 2D fluid field computation model in radial ventilation ducts of stator and temperature field computation model of generator.The numerical analysis on fluid flow and stator thermal characteristics are realized and the temperature distribution characteristics of stator under different fluid flow state are proposed.
