摘    要:分析了永通铸管公司炼铁高炉大幅提高球团矿入炉比例后存在的问题,介绍了近年来为改善炼铁高炉炉料结构所采取的优化高炉操作、改进冶炼制度,竖炉生产高Mg O球团矿,改善烧结球团冶金性能指标等优化措施。优化后高炉炉况顺行稳定、煤气利用改善,实现了低硅冶炼和增产节能,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The problem resulted in adding pellets to melton blast furnace in Yongtong ductile cast iron pipe company is analyzed. Measurements applied to improve burden composition of blast furnace are introduced,including optimization of blast furnace operation and smelting system,producing pellet with high Mg O in shaft furnace,improving metallurgical performance index of sinter pellet. After optimization,the blast furnace works steadily and gas utilization is improved,low Si smelting and energy saving are realized,economic benefit is remarkable.
