基于嵌入式Web技术的自动配气系统的设计

介绍了基于嵌入式WEB技术的远程监控自动配气系统的配气原理、工艺流程和软硬件设计方法。该系统主要由控制系统、配气系统、贮气系统几个部分组成。采用压力配气原理,上位机(PC)通过Internet及嵌入式Web服务器实现对配气现场进行实时监测,下位机控制系统能实现对传感器信号的采集和对电磁阀的控制。该系统整体测试性能符合国家相关标准要求,在生产厂家中值得推广。

Automatic mixing-gas equipment based on embedded Web server technology

In this paper, it introduces the principle of the mixing-gas, process flow and the method of hardware and software designing of the automatic mixing-gas system, which is based on embedded Web server technology.The system is made up of control system, mixing-gas system and storing system. According to the theory of mixing-gas with high pressure, the computer (PC) monitors the filed of the mixing-gas via the Internet and embedded Web server, the signal of pressure sensors and control switch are controlled by lower-end computer control system. The entity test performance meets the related national standard. It is worth to be propagated in the factory.
