摘 要: | 缩颈旋压工艺是制造无心轴托辊的最佳方法之一。在旋压成形过程中,旋压道次的选择对旋压后管体零件的局部变薄以及拉裂等缺陷有重要影响。将普通车床C6140改装成PX-3旋压设备,对外径准108 mm,壁厚t=4 mm,材质为20钢的无缝钢管进行缩颈旋压试验,确定了合理的旋压道次,完成了托辊的缩颈旋压成形。

Experiment Study on Spinning Trail of Pipe in Integral Mandrel-less Roller |

Abstract: | The journal reduction spinning technology is the best method for making mandrel-less roller.The selection of spinning trail has great effects on the pipe in the forming progress,and it may lead to defectives such as fractures.Lathe of C6140 is modified to a special spinning equipment of PX-3.The journal spinning experiments on seamless steel pipe with outer diameter 108mm,thickness 4mm and material of 20 are tested on the machine.Then the mandrel-less roller is finished with the right selection of spinning trail. |
