东风EQ140型铝活塞凝固过程的数值模拟

摘    要:对形体比较复杂的东风EQ140型铝活塞,进行了数值凝固模拟与研究,在计算中采用直交剖分、显格式的直接差分法和用温度回升法处理铝合金的结晶潜热;在边界条件中考虑了铸型外表面的对流及辐射换热;初始条件的处理上考虑了铸件、铸型界面上的温度变化。

Abstract:In this paper the solidification simulation and research have been made for Dongfeng EQ140 automobile piston having rather complex shape. Parallelepiped mesh element method, releaf - spaced direct finite difference method and temperature variation method are applied to treat the latent heat in the calculation. The heat -transfer caused by the convection and radiation on the surface of mold is considered in boundary condition; the temperature variation of the interface between mold and castings is taken into account in the treatment of preliminary conditions. Main technique parameters and parameters of the thermal -physical properties are determined by pouring experiment. On the precondition of ensuring internal quality, the weight rate of casting to the gating - riser of Dongfeng EQ140 automobile piston has reached the international standard by reducing it from1:1. 2 to 1:0. 18.
