摘    要:将ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo不锈钢(简称13-4)中的Cr降低至5.57%和9.93%,研究了材料在13-4常规热处理工艺下Cr变化对材料力学性能的影响;将13-4中的Cr分别降至6.64%、8.34%和10.61%,进行热处理工艺优化并研究材料的组织和力学性能.结果表明,按13-4常规热处理工艺,随Cr含量的降低,强度呈近似线性显著降低;适宜的正火温度随Cr含量的降低而降低;在优化的热处理工艺下,材料(8.34%Cr)的组织为板条状马氏体和逆变奥氏体,含8.34%Cr和10.61%Cr两种材料的各项力学性能均符合13-4标准要求,获得了较高的综合力学性能.

Abstract:By the traditional ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo(13-4)heat treatment process, the effect of reducing chromium contents in 13-4 to 5.57% and 9.93% on the mechanical property was researched. Suitable heat treatment process, microstructure and mechanical property were studied for the materials which based on 13-4 and chromium contents reduced to 6.64%, 8.34% and 10.61%, respectively. The results showed that by the traditional 13-4 heat treatment process, the strength linearly decreases obviously as chromium content decreases; The suitable normalizing temperature is lowered as chromium content decreases. By the optimal heat treatment process, lath martensite and reversal austenite are gained for the material with 8.34% chromium, the mechanical properties for the materials with 8.34% chromium and 10.61% chromium all corresponds with 13-4 standard and better mechanical properties are obtained.
