摘    要:采用程序升温、多管井式坩埚炉进行热转化反应,对煤液化沥青在热转化过程中生成的中间相沥青进行了研究.在温度为410~440 ℃、炭化时间为6~8 h可得到广域流线型结构的中间相沥青.通过元素分析、偏光显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱对中间相沥青进行的分析结果表明:中间相沥青经历了中间相小球的生成、生长及球融3个过程.

Abstract:Thermal conversion of coal liquefaction pitch from coal liquefaction residue by using solvent extraction to mesophase pitch was introduced. The tests were carried out in a multi tube well crucibe furnace controlled by programmed heating unit. Under the conditions of 410~440 ℃ and 6~8 h, mesophase pitch with the broad domain stream line structure was prepared from coal liquefaction pitch. The mesophase was analyzed with elemental analysis, polarized light microscopy,FTIR. The results show that mesophase pitch experience the formation of mesophase ball, the growth and melting of the ball three phases.
