摘    要:秋南1井是西北油田分公司部署在塔里木盆地库车坳陷东秋里塔格构造带西端秋南1号构造高点上的一口重点探井。该井下第三系库姆格列木群发育巨厚膏盐层,下套管风险高、难度大,针对该井巨厚膏盐层的施工难点,采用DBS公司UR800扩孔工具对四开全井段进行了扩孔作业,重点介绍了该井长裸眼扩孔施工难点、扩孔工具选择、技术措施及扩孔施工过程。该井共进行了8趟扩孔、1趟通井施工,扩孔段长1338 m,创造了西北油田分公司扩孔井段最长、扩孔效率最高、使用钻井液密度最大(2.25 g/cm3)的记录。

Abstract:Qiunan–1 well is an important exploration well deployed by the Southwest Oilfield Company in the Qiunan No.1 high position of structures west of the eastern Qiulitag structural belt in the Kuche Depression of Tarim Basin. Huge gypsums developed in the Kumugeliemu Group of the Tertiary System below the well. So the casing running gets more difficult and the risk gets higher. In view of the construction difficulties in the huge gypsums, the UR800 reaming tools developed by the DBS Company are used to the fourth whole drilling section. This paper lays emphasis on the introduction of the constructing difficulties in long open hole reaming, the selection of reaming tools, the technical measures, and the reaming construction process. Eight times of reaming and one time of drifting are conducted in the well, with the reaming section reaching 1338 m. This enables the Company to create the highest record of reaming the longest well section, having the highest reaming efficiency, and using the drilling fluid with the highest density (2.25 g/cm3).
