| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了型材拉弯成形工艺方法,同时还介绍了拉弯成形基本原理,分析了拉弯工艺加载方式,建立了型材拉弯成形有限元模型,模拟了铝型材拉弯成形过程及回弹。模拟结果表明,不同的加载方式和工艺参数对型材拉弯成形质量有一定的影响。

| Abstract: | The technique and basic principles of stretch bending for forming profiles were presented.The selection strategy of loading modes in bending process was analyzed.A finite element model was established to simulate the stretch bending process and spring back of aluminum profiles.It indicates that different loading modes and process parameters have some influence on the stretch bending quality. |
