摘    要:介绍了常规法甩负荷转速飞升的两种计算方法静态预测法和动态分析法,分析了调节阀当量关闭时间、转子飞升时间常数等几个重要参数的选取方法,并通过五台不同类型机组甩负荷实例,采用理论与试验相结合的方法计算了汽轮机甩负荷最大飞升转速值,与试验结果有着较好的一致性。最后编制了调节系统测试诊断程序,为汽轮机调节系统的调节品质评价、机组甩负荷试验及安全稳定运行提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The static prediction method and dynamic analysis method for calculating load rejection speed rise were in- troduced. The selection of some important parameters such as regulating valve closing time equivalent and time con- stant of rotor speed rise were analyzed. Through five different types of unit load rejection, based on theoretical and ex- perimental calculation ,the maximum speed rising at load rejection of turbine was calculated, having good agreement with the experimental results. Finally, the control system test and diagnosis procedures were prepared, proving refer- ence for adjusting system quality evaluation,load rejection test and stable operation of the steam turbine units.
