摘    要:配网由于普遍性的串联多级的一次结构,保护越级、无选择性动作,严重影响供电可靠性、故障查找及供电恢复。目前解决这一难题理论上可依靠故障自愈控制技术,通过故障跳闸后自动恢复配电网络来解决超范围跳闸问题,并来从根本上解决无选择性跳闸。逻辑保护是基于微机型保护装置研发,在现有10千伏微机保护的基础上,将速断保护增加闭锁判据,从而实现速断保护在相同定值、相同时限的基础上有选择性切除电网故障。

The Research and Application of Logic Protect in Urban Distribution Network

Abstract:The mal-operation of the protection caused by the universality of multi-level series structure of distribution network affected the power supply reliability, troubleshooting and recovery of power. At present the best measure of settling the difficult problem is fault self-healing control technology, through the fault tripping automatic recovery to solve over-reach tripping problem, it did not fundamentally solve the non-selective trip. Based on the type of micro- computer protection device,the logic protection is developed. On the basis of the existing 10 kV microcomputer pro- tection, by adding blocking criteria functionality in quick break protection, the power grid fault were removed selec- tively by quick break protection on the basis of the same constant value and the same time.
