电站锅炉燃用高水分褐煤的安全性分析

摘    要:目前高水分褐煤被广泛应用于动力发电,但电站锅炉在燃用过程中也出现了一些问题,影响到机组的安全运行。文章从高水分褐煤的煤质特性出发,总结出电站锅炉燃用高水分褐煤的优缺点,并从锅炉设计和运行两方面给出了受热面防结渣、防止低温腐蚀等安全燃用高水分褐煤的措施,对设计和运行人员有一定的实际参考价值。

Analysis on Security Aspect for Burning High Moisture Lignite in Power Plant Boilers

Abstract:High moisture lignite is widely used in power generation. But there are some problems which affect the security of the unit. Starting from the coal quality characteristics of high moisture lignite,the advantages and disadvantages of burning high moisture lignite in power plant boilers are summarized. And from the aspects of boiler design and operation,the measures of preventing heating surface slagging and low-temperature corrosion are given which has a certain practical significance.
