Modeling and Math Analysis of Electro-Hydraulic Proportional Position Controlling System

This paper introduced theory analysis and test research of the position controlling of electro - hydraulic proportional directional control valve, and estabhshed transfer function of this proportional position controlling system, analyzed time - domain attribute and frequency - domain attribute and stability of this system. The dynamic performance of this system is deeply influenced by its main dynamic parameters , such as flow gain and flow - pressure coefficient , which are influenced directly by hatch sizes and area grades of valve and provide the theoretical basis for choosing and designing such system.
