玉米秸秆厌氧发酵制氢的实验研究

摘    要:在小试和批试实验结果的基础上,以牛粪堆肥作为菌种来源,玉米秸秆作为发酵底物,进行了30 L规模的放大实验研究。主要考察了菌种接种龄对产氢效果的影响、最佳初始有机负荷、反应过程中菌种的生长曲线及底物的代谢特征,并有液相末端发酵产物确定发酵类型。结果表明:在实验条件下,菌种的最佳接种龄为18 h,最佳初始启动负荷为8 105 mg/L,秸秆的最大产氢能力可达到220 mL/g,COD的去除率可达到57%,稳定期细胞浓度维持在3.8 g/L左右,发酵类型为乙醇型发酵。

Abstract:Taking corn straw as fermentative substrate,the scale-up experiment of biohydrogen production by cow dung compost in 30 L reactor basing on shaked culture and small-scale experiment are studied.In this study,the effect of bacterium inoculation time on hydrogen production,the best organic loading,growth curve of bacterium and the metabolic characteristics of the substrate are observed.The ferment style is determined by liquid ferment production.Under the experimental conditions,the results showed that the inoculation time and the best initial organic loading are 18 h and 8 105 mg/L,respectively,the maximal hydrogen production capability can reach 280 mL every gram corn straw,and the COD removal efficiency achieve 57%,bacterium concentration fluctuates at 3.8 g/L in the steady period,the ferment style is ethanol fermentation.
