| Abstract: | Focusing on the equipment of covering and uncovering of the plastic film for salt crystallization pond,the main factors,which would affect the guide ball of the plastic film in both sides to enter its guide way automatically,are analyzed mathematically.A new kind of such device is introduced and the on-site experiments showed that this new device is not only simple in structure,but also has good reliability.By using this new device,the side balls are able to enter the guide way automatically and smoothly and it makes the covering plastic film spread forward smoothly. |
