摘    要:通过分析我国肉制品尤其是熟肉制品的发展现状后,指出我国肉制品特色不突出,以及引进西式肉制品中存在的问题,对未来熟肉制品和肉肠类制品的发展趋势进行了预测。

Abstract:In this paper, based on analysis of the development situation of meat products especially the cooked meat products in our country, the development trend of which was forecasted. And the problems existed in introduced western - style meat products were put forwards, while the lack of characteristics of domestic meat products was also pointed out.
