改进的烟草烟丝干燥膨胀装置

为替代引进技术的HXD，满足国内中小型烟厂在老厂房内进行技术改造的需要。降低卷烟消耗。降低烟支焦油、减少危害，采用在水平管段上进料，并设置叶丝松散加速器，干燥管道采用C型、椭园形截面，叶丝出料采用双吸口无网切向分离器，工艺气体温度采用冷热风配比风门迅速调节，使叶丝能够完全分散在干燥管道的气流中，均匀干燥；装置有效降低了设备高度，改善了叶丝的膨胀效果，烟丝造碎小，并能去除烟草青杂气味，较好地解决了HXD设备存在的烟丝结团和出口水份不均匀等问题，干燥后的叶丝结团明显减少，出口水份、温度均匀性得到明显提高。
