摘    要:介绍了能够实现对海水中的溶解有机物(DOM)和叶绿素a两种物质浓度同时在线测量的光纤荧光测量系统。系统将荧光法、光纤技术与小波分析的信号处理理论相结合,具有小型化、结构简单、探头无源、所得光谱变形小、多参数同时测量的特点。实验证明,该测量方法是完全可行的。

Abstract:Introduces an in-site optical-fiber measure system which can measure simultaneously comcentration of cholorophy-a and dissolved Organic Matter (DOM) in sea-water.It combines fluorescence method,technology of optical fiber and wavelet analysis theory.It has advantages of minitype,simple structure,passive sensor head,spectral little deformation,several parameter simultaneous measurement.It has been testified that this method is practicable and can be used to identify.
