二氧化碳萃取法生产低醇葡萄酒

摘    要:采用二氧化碳萃取法生产低醇葡萄酒,对萃取过程参数进行了优化。萃取过程的最佳工艺条件为萃取塔的压力为9.5Mpa、萃取塔的温度为25℃、填料层高度为41cm、进料气液流量比为24,在此条件下,酒精含量可降低8.57%vol。

Abstract:The method for extracting wine with low alcohol by carbon dioxide was adopted.The parameters of the process were optimized.The optimal conditions were as follows: pressure 9.5 Mpa,temperature 25℃,height 41 cm,proportion of air to liquid flow 24.Under these conditions,,alcohol content was decreased 8.57%vol.
