高效松香乳化剂AES-TEA的合成

摘    要:研究了以脂肪酸三聚氧乙烯酸(AEO3)为原料利用氯磺酸磷化法、三乙醇胺低温中和法,合成了高效松香乳化剂脂肪醇三聚氧乙烯醚硫酸三乙醇胺盐。讨论了各种反应条件对硫酸化率及产品色泽的影响。实验表明:硫酸化反应在30℃,AEO3与CISO3H的摩尔比为1.00:1.05,滴加氯磺酸时间为30min,并在40℃下用三乙醇胺中和为最佳的工艺条件。

Abstract:The synthesis of alcohol triethen oxy-ethersulfate-triethanol amine of efficient emulsitier for rosin is discussed. The materials for the synthesis are alcohol triethenoxy ether, sulfonating agent of chloro-sulfonic acid and neutral agent of triethanol amine. The effects of various reaction conditions on the sulfidation and the colour of product were investigated. The better technoglogical conditions are as follows:the sulfating temperature is 30℃ , the reaction take 30 min, the mole ratio of AEO3:CISO3H 1:1.05 and the neutralizing temperature 40℃.
