| 摘 要： | 阐述了RP技术在新产品研制、设计、快速开发中的独特优势及其应用,研制了新产品“瞌睡虫催眠治疗仪”枕壳和控制器外壳快速成形工艺方案,设计了三维CAD模型,完成了原型件的制作,并制作硅橡胶模具进行小批量生产。

| Abstract: | The paper gives an illustration of the unique advantage and application of RP technology in new product research, design and rapid prototype development, study the art design of new product "fast sleeping device "crust and control crust surface of rapid prototype, designs the CAD module, and finishes making the origin pattern, thus produce silicon rubber module in small amount. |
