新型高效毛细管电泳仪的研究

摘    要:高效毛细管电泳技术近十年来得到了迅速的发展。由于它具有进样量小、灵敏度高、分辨为百万理论塔要反数,而且可以快速、高效地分离分子量达10^6-10^11道尔顿的生物大分子等特点,因此受到了化学、生命科学及药物分析、环保等领域的极大重视。

Abstract:During the past 10 years,major progress in the technology of high perfor-mance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) has taken place. Because of a small sample volumeinjected(nl),high sensitive detection (10-10 mol),high plate efficiencies(up to a million)and short analysis time for biomacromolecule(M =106-1011),HPCE shows strong potentialto be widely used in chemistry,biological science,drug analysis and environmental protec-tion, Now several equipments already appear overseas,In this paper,the HPCE instrumentis one of the first HPCE equipment of our country.It has two types of injection and flush-ing,multi -wavelength UV detecor,data processing system and Constant temperature con-trol.Furthermore,the new type HPCE instrument plays an important role in theory and ap-plication study of HPCE technology in our country. In this paper,the separation results of proteins,nucleotides and monosaccharides withthe new type HPCE instrument are introduced.
