直流电机速度控制系统的设计

摘    要:由于目前我国的中小型机械液压调速器存在不少问题,因此保留其机械液压部分不变,对其电气部分进行改造以更好地控制速度.由于直流电机具有起动转距大、体积小、重量轻、转距和转速容易控制以及效率高等十分优良的特性.本文针对直流电机的特点,根据自动控制原理,采用PWM控制方式,设计了双闭环直流脉宽调速系统以更好地控制直流电机的速度.把该调速系统应用于中小型机械液压调速器即可实现对其技术改造.

Abstract:Aimed at the problems existed in the mechanical hydraulic governor in our country, its electronic part was improved in order to control the speed expediently. The direct-current motor has large starting torque, small volume, light weight, high efficiency and easy speed-control. According to the theory of automatic control, the double closed loop DC PWM speed regulation system was designed by using PWM control method to control the speed of direct-current motor effectively. This speed-tuning system could be applied to mechanical hydraulic governor to complete its technical improvement.
