电火花成型加工蚀除位移控制方法的研究

摘    要:通过对电火花成型加工放电蚀除规律的分析,提出了一种符合实际应用的控制策略,在粗加工情况下,以控制间隙电压稳定为主要目标,加工位移作为观测量;在精加工情况下,只要选取合适的分析周期,使在分析周期内的加工位移小于工件的加工精度,则仍以控制间隙电压稳定为主要目标,加工位移作为观测量,当加工位移与理想位移最接近时,停止加工。采用上述控制方式有效地避免了由于间隙电压与加工位移之间的耦合关系而导致的控制系统复杂性。该系统软件结构简单、实用,具有很强的工程应用价值,通过与传统控制方法的运行结果进行对比,结果表明机床的加工效率显著提高。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the principle of erosion for electro-discharge machining(EDM),a new control strategy was developed,which meets actual process well.During rough machining,the stability of gap voltage is the main controlled object,while the movement is only to be measured.For finish machining,if the analyzing period is selected suitably and the movement is less than machining precision,the stability of gap voltage is the main controlled object,while the movement is only to be measured.When the machining movement is close to final dimension,the process is stopped.It is demonstrated that this strategy can avoid the complication of control system for coupling of gap voltage and machining movement.The architect of whole system is simple,practical and good for engineering applications.Compared with the result of traditional control method,it is shown that the maching efficiency of the machine tool was improved evidently.
