煤炭地下气化温控爆破渗流燃烧模型试验

摘    要:在煤炭地下气化过程中,为提供气固之间有效燃烧气化所需要的大反应表面,基于热爆炸原理在室内进行了模型试验,通过对试验数据的分析,指出了温控参数、温度场及煤气热值的发展变化规律,试验结果表明,温控爆破松动作用,提高了气体的渗透能力,改善了在坚硬的煤 进行渗流燃烧的气化环境,从而为氧化带的形成和发展创造了的条件。

Abstract:Based on thermal explosion principles, model test is conducted in the laboratory in order to provide a large reaction surface necessary to effective combustion gasification between gas and solid in the process of underground coal gasification. Through the analysis of test data, the developmental and variable rules of temperature control parameters, temperature field and heat value of coal gas are described. The experiment results indicate that because of the temperature control loose blasting, the percolation ability of gas is heightened and gasification environments for seepage flow combustion in the hard seam was improved. Thereby it will create a good condition for the formation and development of oxidizing zone.
