反思性教学——教师成长的重要途径

摘    要:从反思性教学的涵义、过程等方面论证反思性教学是教师研究、解决教学问题的重要手段,也是促进教师专业成长的有效途径.指出反思性教学有利于培养教师的研究能力,有利于增强教师的教学责任感,有利于整体推进教师的教学水平,并促进了教师专业化知识的新发展.

Abstract:Reflective teaching is an important means that teachers use in studying and solving teaching problems and also an effective way to promote the development of teachers. Author demonstrates this main topic from the meaning, process and methods of reflective teaching, which not only can cultivate the studying ability of teachers but also can promote the new development of professional knowledge of teachers as well as both the sense of teaching responsibility and teaching level of teachers.
