某型飞机空速管的超声表面波检测

摘    要:针对某型飞机空速管的形状与裂纹特点,特别是考虑了裂纹产生的特殊部位及工件形状对超声波传播的影响,提出了空速管原位表面波检测技术.根据空速管的特点,设计了专用的表面波探头,解决了某型飞机空速管无法原位探伤的难题,提高了飞行的安全可靠性.应用证明,超声表面波检测空速管效果良好.

Abstract:Considering the shape and the crack characteristics of the airspeed heads,especially the influence of the crack in special parts to the ultrasonic transmitting,a new methord of ultrasonic surface wave in-situ detection technology was put forward.Special surface wave probe was designed according to characteristics of airspeed heads.The problem of the airspeed heads in-situ detection was well done and the reliability of flight safety was enhanced.It is proved that the testing effect is satisfactory.
