摘    要:针对某高泥高硅赤铁矿进行了预先脱泥—高梯度强磁—磁选精矿再磨—反浮选联合工艺研究。试验结果表明,原矿经螺旋溜槽脱泥,SLon立环高梯度强磁后进行再磨再选,可有效消除黏土等泥质矿物对选矿的影响;在原矿含Fe 12.43%的条件下,采用阳离子捕收剂反浮选脱硅,获得了含Fe51.28%,回收率为38.74%的铁精矿。

Abstract:A combined process flowsheet including pre-desliming-high gradient magnetic- magnetic concentrate regrinding-reverse flotation was adopted to handle a high-mudded and high-silicon hematite ore.The results indicate: the run-of-mine ore can effectively eliminate the effects of clay and other shale minerals by spiral chute desliming,Slon Ring high-gradient magnetic seperation after regrinding,the study used cation collector to desilicate in reverse flotation.While the run-of-mine ore has 12.43% of Fe, the iron concentrate with Fe content of 51.28% and recovery rate of 38.74% was obtained.
