高塔熔融工艺生产有机-无机复混肥技术

摘    要:简述目前有机-无机复混肥生产工艺;介绍高塔熔融工艺生产有机-无机复混肥的工艺流程;研究该工艺生产过程中pH、水含量及温度对料浆羰氨反应的影响程度,确定工艺技术指标,为该工艺工业化生产提供基础数据及研发方向。结果表明,控制生产温度≤113℃、pH在6~7、料浆w(H_2O)在0.5%~0.7%时,高塔熔融造粒料浆的羰氨反应较为平缓,有机-无机复混肥产品质量也较稳定,满足工业化生产需求。

Abstract:The current production process of organic-inorganic fertilizer and the production process of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer by tower melting process are introduced. The effects of pH value, water content and temperature influence on Maillard reaction of slurry are studied, the technology indexes are determined to provide basic data and research direction for the process of industrial production. The results show: under the conditions of temperature≤113 ℃, pH 6-7, w(H2O) 0.5%-0.7%, the Maillard reaction in granulation slurry is placid, the quality of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer is stable, which can meet the needs of industrial production.
