湿法磷酸合成磷酸脲的实验研究

摘    要:以工业级湿法磷酸和尿素为原料合成磷酸脲,采用正交实验优化工艺条件。得到最佳合成条件为:反应时间60 min、反应温度90℃,n(尿素)/n(磷酸)为1.1,因素影响顺序为反应物物质的量之比反应温度反应时间;在最佳工艺条件下磷酸脲产率达48%,晶体颗粒粗大、均匀,达到饲料级磷酸脲一级品的行业标准。

Abstract:The urea phosphate is prepared from industrial grade wet-process phosphoric acid and urea. The orthogonal experiment is used to optimize test process condition. The optimal synthetic conditions are that reaction time of 60 min, reaction temperature of 90℃, mole ratio of urea to phosphoric acid of 1.1, factors influencing sequence is mole ratio of urea to phosphoric acid,reaction temperature,reaction time,the yield of product obtained at the optimal synthetic conditions is 48%,the product with large and uniform crystal particles can reach the industry standard for feed-grade urea phosphate.
