摘    要:发展建设多端柔性直流电网为大规模风光等清洁能源并网提供了一种新的技术手段。当直流电网与交流电网紧密耦合时,电网调度运行业务中的传统调度计划应用由于缺少对直流控制单元、交直流互动方式、直流电网潮流约束等问题的考虑,在调度对象、计划模式、平衡策略及交直流双侧网络约束等方面均缺少考虑。针对上述问题,提出了含多端柔性直流电网的调度计划优化建模方法。该模型可灵活处理交直流互动方式,新增了直流电网有功平衡及交直流双侧网络传输限额等约束,为直流电网纳入传统调度计划应用提供了一种建模策略。将所述模型应用于5端直流与新英格兰10机系统相结合的电网,验证了模型在处理交直流互联电网调度计划方面的灵活性及有效性。

Abstract:The expansion and development of power grid with voltage source converter based multi-terminal direct current(VSC-MTDC)system provides a new technical means for grid-connection of large-scale wind power and other clean energy. To have the DC power grid and AC power grid tightly coupled, the traditional scheduling application in the power grid dispatching operation business lacks consideration of direct control unit, AC/DC interaction, DC power flow constraints and other problems, which will face new challenges in the scheduling object, schedule model, equilibrium strategy and AC/DC bilateral network constraints, etc. Aiming at the problems mentioned above, the scheduling optimization modeling method with flexible multi-terminal DC grid is proposed. The proposed model can flexibly deal with AC/DC interaction. The added constraints are those on a new DC power grid active equilibrium and AC/DC bilateral network transmission limits, thus providing a reference for modeling strategy of DC power supply in the traditional scheduling application. The model proposed is applied to the 5-terminal DC power grid connected with the New England 10-machine system, which verifies the effectiveness of the model in the processing of the AC/DC interconnected power grid dispatching schedules.
