| 摘 要： | 针对目前磷复肥易结块、色泽不稳定等问题,利用减压渣油与减压馏分油作为原料调制磷复肥包裹剂专用油。介绍包裹剂专用油的检测方法、质量指标产要求,以及产品原料的筛选与研发过程。所制备的产品能有效预防肥料结块,统一肥料颜色,提高肥料外在品质。该方法生产工艺简单,降低了磷复肥生产成本,提高了油品的附加值。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the caking and color unsteadiness of phosphatic compound fertilizer, the vacuum residue and vacuum gas oil are used as raw materials to produce the special oil for wrapping agent of phosphatic compound fertilizer. The inspection methods and requirements of quality index are introduced, as well as the material selecting and development process of product. The product can effectively prevent caking and unify color for fertilizer, which improve the external quality of fertilizer. This production process is simple, the production cost is decreased,and the additional value of oil product is increased. |
