核电工程DCS项目管理组织研究与实践

目前DCS在核电站应用越来越广泛,大功率新建电站（900MW及以上机组）无一例外的都采用了全厂DCS进行控制,并不断有在运电站进行DCS数字化改造。但DCS远没有达到标准化的程度,DCS项目实施过程繁杂,项目管理对DCS在核电工程的及时顺利投用至关重要。本文根据核电工程DCS项目特点、项目实施过程及项目管理主要工作,对如何进行有效的项目管理进行了分析和建议。

DCS Project Management Research and Practice for Nuclear Power Engineering

DCS system is more and more widely used in nuclear power plant. The new power plant whose output power is equal to or higher than 900MW has used the DCS system. However, the DCS system executive process is far from the standardization level, due to high complication. Nevertheless, the project management of DCS is very important for the timely in operation of nuclear power plant. According to the DCS characteristics of nuclear power plant, we analyze and suggeste how to effectively carry on project management.
