| Abstract: | The terrain in mountainous region is complex and the planning & design there is difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to take multi-contradictory into account in the process of residential planning. Taking Chaoyang residential block of Nanjiang County for example, the paper explored terrain preparation, residential planning, landscaping and the mode of residential planning under the specific local culture there. |
