| Abstract: | According to the responsibility system of contractual negligence in Contract Law of People's Republic of China decreed in 1999 the importance of the responsibility of contractual negligence is elaborated, at the same time the meanings of responsibility of contractual negligence is further explained which have significance to protect contracting part's rights and interests. |
