| 摘 要： | 中心线是图像几何形态的一种重要拓扑描述.文中提出一种从三维图像中获取树状物体的中心线方法.先利用横截面算法快速将初始中心线定位于目标附近,然后采用Snak e模型和距离变换方法将初始中心线引导到准确位置,有效地解决了因Snake初始位置偏离目标太远而导致的收敛速度慢和部分点收敛于局部极值点的问题. |

| Abstract: | Centerline is an important representation of object geometry.This paper presents an efficient method to extract centerlines from 3D binary images of tree-like objects.First,based on cross-section algorithm,the initial centerlines are efficiently located near the targets.Then Snake modeling and distance transform approach is adopted to move the initial centerlines to their accurate locations.The method solves the problems of slow convergence and convergence at local maxima of Snakes due to their initial posi... |
