湿法磷酸中的杂质对氨化料浆粘度的影响

摘    要:本文用二次回归正交组合设计法,就湿法磷酸中的Fe_2O_3、Al_2O_3、MgO和F等杂质对氨化料浆粘度的影响进行了研究。得出了描述磷酸中的杂质对氨化料浆粘度影响的数学模型。利用该模型可预测任一含杂质磷酸氨化料浆的粘度,它在评价该酸是否适于用“料浆浓缩法”生产磷铵时,具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:In this paper the effect of impurities(Fe_2O_3, Al_2O_3, MgO, F)in wet-process phosphoric acid(WPA)on viscosity of ammoniated slurry has been studied with the help of four factors quadratic regression othogonal composite design method After the analysis of the variance of variable effects, the mathematical model is obtained. It is obvious in this equation that impurities Al_2O_3 and MgO produce the most significant positive effect on the viscosity of ammoniated slurry, the effects of Fe_2O_3 and F are less significant. But the interaction between MgO and Al_2O_3, MgO and Fe_2O_3, Al_2O_3 and F can not be overlooked. By this equation it is possible to forcast fhe viscosity of any WAP ammoniated slurry, and it also can evaluate whether a WPA is suitable for "slurry concntration technology" to produce ammonium phosphate.
