| 摘 要： | 分析了日本＂3·11＂地震导致的核泄漏和前苏联切尔诺贝利核电站事故,总结了应从核电项目中汲取的教训。这些核电站事故中出现的问题不是偶然的。倡议中国能源战略宜为：＂不要核电、发展光电,核悲剧不能重演＂。
