| 摘 要： | H.264/AVC是ITU-T视频编码专家组和ISO/IEC运动图像专家组共同开发编著的最新视频编码标准。在描述该标准系统层结构的基础上,着重分析其视频编码层的技术特点,并研究阐述该标准在IP网络及无线网络中的应用情况。

| Abstract: | H.264/AVC is the new video coding standards developed by ITU-T Video Coding Experts Group(VCEG) and the ISO/IEC Moving Picture Experts Group(MPEG).Based on the research of system structure of H.264/AVC,the main technology features of VCL are analyzed.The new applications introduced by H.264/AVC are brought forward. |
