摘    要:基于仿真的装备管理 ( SBMM)是一种将建模与仿真 ( M&S)技术强健、协同地应用于武器系统全寿命过程的先进管理方法 ,是 M&S工具和资源跨管理职能部门、跨管理项目、跨管理阶段的集成。指出 SBMM概念下的决策是跨寿命周期的协同决策 ,主要通过组织人员集成、信息集成和过程集成的综合作用而实现。提出协同决策框架 ,分析具体决策点的协同决策过程

Abstract:Simulation-based material management is an advanced management approach which applies the modeling and simulation (M&S) technology in a robust and collaborative way to the entire life cycle of the weapon system. It is an integration of M&S tools and resources across management functional departments, programs and phases. The decision-making with the conception of simulation-based material management is shown to be the collaborative decision-making across the life cycle of the weapon system. The collaborative decision-making is realized by capitalizing on the synergy of the integration of organization, the integration of information and the integration of process. A framework of collaborative decision-making is presented, with the analysis of the collaborative decision-making process at the specific decision-making point.
