| 摘 要： | 在简述华中电网概况的基础上,系统分析了在水电比重大但调节性能差的华中电网建设抽水蓄能电站的必要性及预期效益.围绕抽水蓄能电站发展过程中的热点和难点问题,详述了发展抽水蓄能电站迫切需要解决的主要问题,提出相应对策,归纳出初步结论和建议.

| Abstract: | Though the proportion of hydropower stations is about 31. 55% in Mid-China Power System, yet most of them haven't good regulating function. In view of this fact, the urgent necessity and anticipated profits of developing a certain amount of pumped storage power stations in the system are analysed. At the same time, several proposals for solving the problems which hinder the development of pumped storage power stations are recommended. |
