| 摘 要： | 风机设备应用广泛,锅炉燃烧系统、通风系统和烘干等系统中都有所应用,变频器的运行控制方式采用U/f控制方式.变频器外部FWD控制模式,选择X4、X5端子控制,端子的通断实现变频器的升降速,变频器一旦发生故障,风杌由变频运行切换为工频运行的控制,实现风机工频运行.

| Abstract: | In the industrial and mining enterprises,the fan equipments are widely used in the boiler combustion system,ventilation system and drying system.The operation of frequency converter control mode applies U/f control.FWD drive external control mode selects X4,X5 terminal control.The on-off of terminal achieves speed,the drive in the event of failure,fan run by the inverter switching frequency operation for the control,in order to achieve fan-frequency operation. |
