| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了对我院通信类本科研究型人才培养的一些思考与探索。我们主要讨论了基于社会需求制定研究型本科人才培养方案；依托学校的学科与研究优势开展教学改革，积极推进教师引导学生主动探究的研究式学习方法；完善实验教学体系与加强实践技能培养；以及通过各类科技项目培养学生科研素质与创新能力等方面。

| Abstract: | In this paper, considerations and practices are described for the cultivation of research-based undergraduate communicationalents in our school. Discussion is given mainly in aspects of establishment of the research- based undergraduate programmes based on the society demands, reform of the teaching methods with support of the advanced academic researchs of the university, promotion of the active studies of the students with the direction of the teachers, improvement of the experimental training system and enhancement of the practical-skill training, and nurturing of scientific research attainments and innovation capabilities with various of scientific projects. |
